Angat is a skilled and ambitious landscape designer who strives to integrate art with landscape architecture as a means of choreographing experiences in a whimsical, vibrant, and ecologically responsible manner. He has a keen interest in community-led initiatives to assist with reconfiguring underutilized spaces and creating adaptable public spaces at the human scale. Angat is deeply invested in his community, through which he breaks through the boundaries of landscape architecture and art to reconstruct preconceived narratives about people, space, and nature.

Angat’s adept collaborative approach and passion for creative problem-solving enable him to ensure project execution and innovative design solutions. He brings four years of experience on projects in Vancouver and Toronto, developing strong foundations in graphic communication and technical detailing that support design development and high-quality deliverables across all project phases.

At Hapa Collaborative, Angat continues to contribute on a variety of studio projects including Bentall Center B/X, Bentall Tower 4, Menno Hall and Steveston Nikkei Legacy Walk.
