Drawing from a strong foundation in environmental design and years of hands-on experience, with roots in the UK, her philosophy centers on the balance between structure and spontaneity, human interaction, and natural systems. She creates community-focused spaces using a holistic approach to sustainable design, while continuing to explore her interests in environmental restoration.

Maxine graduated with honours from the Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture at the University of Gloucestershire, and then went on to complete a Master of Arts in Landscape Architecture at the University of Greenwich. This education has helped her develop a well-rounded perspective and skill set in urban, landscape, and spatial design.

Her driving force is a commitment to creating beautiful and ecologically conscious spaces that are accessible to all. Her postgraduate thesis on air pollution exemplifies this drive, illustrating the importance of conscious design in and around cycle usage. Her previous multidisciplinary experience has further advanced her forward-thinking approach to sustainable design principles, embracing creativity to highlight community-driven spaces.

Maxine’s expertise extends to both technical skills and hand drawing, having delivered numerous significant placemaking and public realm schemes. She has supported a variety of projects, including 3333 Commercial, Metrotown, and North Road. She continues to develop a collaborative approach throughout her career, while consistently bringing creativity, precision, and a deep respect for nature to every project.
