Hapa Collaborative is working with Dialog to establish a master plan and public consultation process for redevelopment of the Pearson Dogwood site. The site is located in the Marpole Neighbourhood between Cambie and Heather Streets, and 57th and 59th Avenues. The site is owned and operated by Vancouver Coastal Health.

The Pearson Dogwood Redevelopment Project aspires to create an exceptional mixed use community. The Pearson Dogwood lands will become a model community where the architecture and planning set a global standard for sustainability and healthy living. It will be a complete neighbourhood inspired by the integration of community health and wellness facilities and residential living, stimulated by community gardens, new park space and easy access to modern transportation. The Pearson Dogwood Redevelopment will embrace its historic role in healthcare and nurture the body and spirit by offering an array of lifestyle choices for residents and community members.
